Elizabeth Boonman-Salgado is a Business and Career Consultant. She is a member of the Chartered Institute or Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has substantial experience in project management, learning & development and recruitment. Elizabeth started her HR career in Colombia in the Banking sector and moved to the UK where she has gained experience in the banking, retail, hospitality and non-profit sectors. Elizabeth has worked in human resources and recruitment for 16 years.
